Art Therapy
Art Therapy offers six fields of the arts: visual art, bibliotherapy, drama, music, psychodrama and movement and dance.
Art Therapy can help both children and adults cope with difficulties and learn tools to alleviate hardships. There is no need for innate talent in the field of the arts or previous knowledge and experience.

People who look into Art Therapy often are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma or life's sudden changes, and over all search for meaning. Art Therapy is also relevant for cases of autism, learning disabilities, children/ youth at risk and more.
The sessions are given in an individual, dyadic and group format.

One of the main objective of Art Therapy is to recognize your mental powers, resilience, and strengths and to be able to practice them while carrying out personal and social coping and adaptation skills. All in pursuit of a good quality of life and optimal functioning.

Exploring the various materials offered in the therapeutic environment is significant for exploring your comfort levels and limits. It enables distress to be expressed nonverbally in a way that does not threaten or "break" defenses, which are often necessary. It also enables dealing with flexibility and exposure to unfamiliar places.
This manner, we may acquire access to another layer of a language to observe and reflect.
